Tomato Rougail

- 6 raw tomatoes
- 5 Dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 red onion
- 1 green onion
- Smoked paprika (1 tsp.)
- Espelette pepper (1 tsp.)
- Organic EQUILIBRE oil (4 to 5 tablespoons)
- Salt
Preparation
Cut the fresh tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and chop or crush
coarsely. Do the same with 4/5 sun-dried tomatoes. Finely dice the onions.
Mix everything together in a salad bowl, adding oil and spices. Serve chilled.
