PURCHASES
Purchasing is a strategic area that leaves no room for improvisation at L’Huilerie. It’s all about collaboration and partnership. When it comes to buying, choosing and selecting raw materials, trust is essential. Buying better and fairer is also a human adventure, the work of a team with proven commercial skills, the starting point for all competitiveness.

MANAGEMENT
The Huilerie’s accounting system goes far beyond the simple recording of financial transactions. It is a key tool, providing all departments with reliable, connected data to guide, decide, organize and evaluate. By transforming figures into clear, accessible analyses, it facilitates strategic choices and guides the company’s outlook. Over the past ten years, this approach has underpinned the implementation of ambitious business options and investment policies, ensuring the company’s development and long-term future.

CUSTOMERS / ORDERS
The oil mill beats to the rhythm of orders. We are entering the world of the “serial killers”: nothing must be left to disorder, only total customer satisfaction counts. Everything is filed, sorted, planned, information is in continuous flow, from negotiation to order, from label to container, from production of the ordered oil to shipment. There’s a place in the heart of the oil mill where we know how to tame time.

QUALITY / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Nothing is left to chance, and the quality department is a concentrate of rigor. Our professional expertise goes far beyond what you would expect. From seed to bottle, the oil’s journey undergoes many controls.
Its role extends to training people, monitoring compliance with strict hygiene rules, and ensuring the conformity and safety of people and production equipment… Today, it is involved in respecting the environment, and tomorrow in more responsible purchasing, and more social and societal ethics.

SALES
Sales is the art of building relationships, knowing how to weave links, listening, detecting needs, understanding the motivation to buy, and matching it with solutions. L’Huilerie has adapted and renewed its sales force, with a sales team specifically dedicated to the challenges of different markets: private, professional and industrial.

CONDITIONING WORKSHOP
The staging is well honed, and the actors know their lines inside out. The packaging (up to 70 references) is a heartfelt score in which the men and women master the bottling line from A to Z, paying particular attention to each production. The final act, shipping, deserves the same exacting standards, the same perfection.

PACKAGING / ORDER PICKING
Behind the set, another scene, another place, but the same unit of time. Production takes place in 3 acts: assembly, storage (approx. 1000 tonnes), shipping. Here, we’re working on the big stuff, entering another dimension. While mechanization at every stage is increasingly efficient, it does not exclude the human hand in designing and shipping the oils to far-flung destinations.

PRODUCTION OILS
Offering the best of nature, combining modernity and authenticity, working with materials and respecting the manufacturing process, harmony and singularity of taste. Each oil we produce leaves a lasting impression, reflecting a perfect alchemy of experience and passion. Everyone here leaves a unique mark, and even if technology is at the service of taste, we value progress, not nostalgia.

MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE
Nothing would be possible without these faithful seconds who make life at the Huilerie so much easier. Their job is to maintain optimum efficiency. The maintenance department is essential. It is responsible for ensuring the availability of equipment, and much more besides: the safety of people and of the whole Oil Mill, and the security of the production tool.
