At the heart of L’Huilerie, we have created and developed an in-house R&D laboratory,
, staffed by 5 people.
“Our customers are demanding, so it’s normal for us to be irreproachable: analyses, controls, prevention, not forgetting our advisory role”.
That, in a nutshell, is the main role of our in-house quality laboratory.
All our production processes are subject to a strict control plan, with up to 4 controls during the manufacturing phase, before, during and after… To ensure the safety of our inputs, fruits, seeds and oils, every batch of raw materials we receive is systematically checked.
Our leitmotiv: uncompromising compliance with hygiene standards, in raw materials reception, manufacturing and production workshops, and storage areas.To preserve our oils and seeds from production to shipment, we prefer to store them in buildings; they are kept in cold rooms and stainless steel tanks.
In parallel with Research & Development, the laboratory team can give free rein to the creation of new recipes, taste research and feasibility studies, and thus create new products at the specific request of customers or the sales department.
