Yesterday, we celebrated the 125th anniversary of HUILERIE DE LAPALISSE, and a family tradition handed down through four generations. An oil mill where each oil produced has a history, a meaning, an origin intimately linked to the men and women who bring it to life.
Today, I am the guarantor and the transmitter of an ancient and rigorous oleic tradition. I’m committed to preserving and contributing to the maintenance of a heritage culture.
What began as a small artisanal workshop has grown into a successful company with a strong local and international reputation. This success was made possible by the drive and dedication of a visionary great-grandfather and a daring father, by the tenacity and strength of a deep-rooted passion, and by the unfailing desire to pass on to future generations.
We have no shortage of ambitions for the present and the future: to pursue our investments, to combine mastery, creativity and attention to product quality with more modern production techniques. Increasing and diversifying our markets, creating strong brands, diversifying our offer, innovating and producing “pleasure” oils every day that remain in tune with the times, and giving Huilerie de Lapalisse the place it deserves.
All this will be possible, because we rely on the values and assets that characterize Huilerie de Lapalisse, and the commitment of the teams that have always been the strength of our family-run SME.
