Scallops a la Plancha

- 500 to 600 g scallops
- 2 garlic cloves
- fresh parsley
- 4 slices of farmhouse bread
- 4 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation
Peel and crush the garlic cloves, and finely chop a dozen sprigs of fresh parsley
. Mix the scallops with the chopped parsley, garlic and
cider vinegar. Fry the scallops on an oiled plancha grill
for around 3 minutes on each side. Toast the slices of country-style bread
. Place the scallops on the toast and drizzle with rapeseed oil.
