Salmon Cake

- 250 g fresh salmon
- 150 g flour
- 10 cl sesame oil, toasted
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 10 cl milk
- 2 onions
- 100 g Comté cheese
- 100 g pitted green olives
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut salmon into cubes. Wash and chop spring onions. Set aside.
Beat eggs, add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Pour in and mix oil and milk.
Grate Comté cheese. Add salmon cubes, chopped onions and drained green
olives to the dough. Mix well.
Preheat oven for approx. 10 minutes at 180°C.
Pour into a buttered cake tin and bake at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes.
Check with the tip of a knife.
Remove from the tin and allow to cool before unmolding.
Serve with a lamb’s lettuce salad.
