Pumpkin hummus

- 250 g organic pumpkin
- 170 g organic chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 organic lemon (lemon juice)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons tahini
- Organic sesame oil
- Organic pumpkin seed oil
- Salt and pepper
- A few pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Cut the pumpkin into quarters, peel and dice into medium-sized pieces. Cook in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes at
. Drain the diced pumpkin. Drain the diced pumpkin.
Place 170g of drained chickpeas and the diced pumpkin in the bowl of a blender and
blend until smooth. Add the degermed garlic cloves and a
tablespoon of tahini. Add lemon juice and a drizzle of sesame oil, salt and pepper
. Transfer to a bowl, add a dash of pumpkin seed oil and a few
pumpkin seeds, and enjoy.
