Oriental Carrot Salad

- 4 carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon special oriental oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Raz al hanout
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Peel carrots and cut into small dice (brunoise). Cook in pressure cooker for 5 minutes
Squeeze lemon.
Place carrots in a salad bowl. Add cumin, oriental oil, ras el hanout, crushed garlic
, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours in a cool place.
Serve Oriental carrot salad as an appetizer or aperitif.
