Milk Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 75 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°. Break the chocolate into pieces, and cut the butter into large cubes. Melt with the cubes
of butter in a bain-marie. Mix well and add avocado oil. -Mix the eggs and sugar, and add to the chocolate/butter/oil mixture. Finally, add
flour and baking powder in batches (to avoid lumps). Mix well to
obtain a smooth, homogenous mixture
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould, and bake for around 15 minutes (adapt
according to your oven).
