Mashed Potatoes with Walnuts

- 600g potatoes (ratte or charlotte)
- 3 tablespoons rapeseed oil walnuts
- Approx. 50g walnut kernels
- Fleur de sel
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Peel and chop the potatoes, and cook in a saucepan
of salted water for at least 30 minutes. As soon as the potatoes are tender,
drain them.
Place the potatoes in a salad bowl, mash with a fork, add the
crushed kernels, then drizzle in the rapeseed oil and continue to mix.
Prepare and shape quenelles with the preparation, sprinkle with fleur de sel and
decorate with a walnut kernel. Ideal with red meat.
