Marinated chicken breast

Ingredients

• 2 free-range chicken breasts
• 3 tablespoons hazelnut oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• Salt
• Pepper

Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into carpaccio, mix ingredients with chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cover with cling film and chill. Serve with a green salad.
