Ingredients

  • 1 tray of ready-to-use lamb's lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons safflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon old wine vinegar
  • 1 small grey shallot
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and squeeze dry.
Peel the shallot and chop finely.
In a salad bowl, prepare the vinaigrette: salt, pepper, wine vinegar and safflower oil.
Place the lamb’s lettuce on top and toss.
