Goat’s cheese with Cameline oil

- Fresh goat
- Organic fig jam 1 tbsp
- 1 juice 1/2 organic lemon
- Organic camelina oil 2 to 3 tbsp
- Hazelnut chips
- 1 shallot
- 2 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mash the fresh goat’s cheese with 1 tablespoon fig jam, the juice
of half a lemon, and 2-3 tablespoons Camelina oil. Mix well. Add
hazelnut chips, a small chopped shallot, salt and pepper, and a few sprigs of
chopped flat-leaf parsley. Perfect with a salad of lamb’s lettuce or oak leaves (
).
Serving suggestion: you can also spread this sauce on small toasts (
), which you can then place on top of the salad.
