- 1 tbsp. olive oil,
- 1 tbsp. chia oil,
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 3 fresh basil leaves,
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix the virgin olive oil and chia oil with the lime juice. Place in a
blender with the basil leaves and season with salt and pepper. A couple of squeezes and the vinaigrette is
ready.
