Beef wok with peppers
Ingredients
- 200g Thai rice
- 400g beef (rump steak, flank steak...)
- 2 red peppers
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- Soy sauce
- Wok oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, wash vegetables. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into strips,
cut the tomato, then peel and finely slice the onion.
In a wok, heat a little oil and fry the peppers over high heat,
, stirring regularly. Add the onions and a drizzle of soy sauce, and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cut the meat into cubes or strips and add to the wok with the tomato, two tablespoons
of oil and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat.
When the beef is cooked, add the rice and a little soy sauce (more or less according to
taste), mix well and cook for 2/3 minutes over medium heat. Serve immediately.
