Special cast oil

This “speciale Fondue” light yellow oil is the result of a blend of high-temperature-resistant vegetable oils, scented with herbes de Provence, typical aromas that add a note of freshness. This spicy, fruity blend will enhance your fondues, pastas, grilled vegetables… It can also be used for marinades, to season grilled or baked fish.

Use: Frying, cooking and seasoning. After opening, keep refrigerated.

Composition: 78.7% sunflower oil, 14.7% high oleic sunflower oil, 4.9% grapeseed oil, 1.7% spices and aromatics. – may contain traces of other nuts and sesame seeds.
