Walnut rapeseed oil, with its delicately perfumed fruity flavors, reveals the roasted, vegetal aromas of walnuts with a slight hint of bitterness. It can be used for medium-temperature cooking (without frying) and sautéing, as well as for vinaigrettes, and is excellent for seasoning and adding character to your culinary creations. Best used cold. Rich in omega 3*.
Use: seasoning, cooking. After opening, keep refrigerated.
Composition: 85% rapeseed oil, 15% walnut oil. – May contain traces of other nuts and sesame seeds.
*The alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) content is 7.9 g/100 ml.
