22nd Sirha Lyon, record attendance for the show and the Lapalisse oil mill

As those who were there know, Lyon was a very busy place. The 22nd edition of Sirha Lyon, which took place from January 23 to 27, 2025, was a record-breaking year.

The show attracted a record number of visitors: 257,363 qualified professionals gathered at Eurexpo Lyon, an increase of 25% on the previous edition.
Exhibitors: 2,300 representatives, including a record number of exhibitors, from 40 countries. 4,700 brands, presenting nearly 800 new products and innovations.

An exceptional show for Huilerie de Lapalisse, a privileged location, perfectly situated was the place to meet the world, reinforcing our international recognition. On the foodservice side, 2025 marked a turning point, with excellent meetings with independent regional wholesalers, a strengthened partnership with organic wholesalers, and fruitful exchanges with Michelin-starred chefs, demonstrating that Huilerie Lapalisse is recognized for its sourcing, its CSR policy and its ability to regenerate and combine performance, innovation and eco-responsibility with players in the restaurant, hotel and food industries.
